Our standard rate is $75 per hour for each fully insured professional bartender, with a 4-hour minimum. Mileage fees may apply, and rates run $80–85 per hour during peak holiday dates or last-minute bookings. See our rates & policies page for the full breakdown.

Let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel, to avoid incurring a fee. Cancellations made the day of a scheduled event are charged in full. Full details are on our rates & policies page.

The right number of bartenders for your guest count, full bar setup and teardown, glassware, napkins, mixers and garnishes, and complete post-event cleanup — all in one booking.

You'll need to supply the alcohol, but we're happy to help you choose the right amount and types for your event — and we can pick it up for you if needed.

We're Cincinnati-based, but we travel — we've bartended events as far as Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York. The standard doesn't change with the zip code, so don't hesitate to ask.
