We keep it focused: professional bartenders and thorough post-event cleanup. Everything you need, nothing you don't.
Bartending
for hire
First Call provides exactly the right number of bartenders for your guest count. We arrive early and set up the full bar — barware, glass and plastic ware, napkins, mixers, and garnishes. Before the event we'll help you choose the alcohol and even pick it up if needed. We stay until the last guest has left, then take the bar down and clean up so you don't have to.

Post-event

It would be rude to leave you with the weight of the night at the end of your event. We stay until every surface is restored — quietly and completely. You focus on your guests. We handle the rest, from setup through final sweep.

First Call Bartending Services LLC has been making events unforgettable across the Cincinnati region and beyond for thirty years — from political fundraisers and charity galas to celebrity parties and NFL fundraisers. Founder Eric Chapman has spent more than three decades behind the bar, and his standard hasn't changed: too many hosts throw a great party and never get to enjoy it. With First Call, you get to be a guest at your own event.
We are Cincinnati-based, but we go wherever our clients need us — Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, and everywhere in between. The standard does not change with the zip code. And for your peace of mind, First Call is insured and bonded for more than $1,000,000.

Straightforward
pricing.
No packages to decode, no surprises. One professional rate, and every bartender is fully insured.
Standard rate
$75/hour
Per fully insured professional bartender, with a 4-hour minimum. Mileage fees may apply.
Peak dates
$80–85/hour
During peak holiday dates or with last-minute bookings. Prices are subject to change — please call for details.
Cancellation policy
Plans change.
If you need to cancel, let us know as soon as possible to avoid incurring a fee. Cancellations the day of a scheduled event are charged in full.
